What is your cancellation policy?

You are able to cancel or change your visit with us up to 24 hours before the appointment start time. After that, the full appointment cost will be charged. The good news? If we can fill the spot, we will waive the fee! Great analogy we heard from another RMT - Treat your appointment like a concert ticket.

Do you direct bill to my insurance?

We don’t direct bill to insurance but we will email you a receipt with all the necessary information to get reimbursed from your insurance company.

I like a certain type of pressure, is that ok?

Jamie provides a firm but gentle pressure, often using forearms and elbows but at a slow pace. Need a little more or less pressure? Just ask!
